What we collect

The Daleel Pass. When you create a pass we store the email address and mobile number you give us, your name and emirate if you add them, the page you signed up from, the language you used and the IP address of the request (kept for abuse prevention). A secure, signed cookie on your device records that you hold a pass; it contains no personal data.

Contact form. Your name, email, phone if given, and your message, so we can reply.

Analytics. We run first-party, cookieless analytics. A page view records the path, the referring site, the country, the device type and a daily-rotating hash that cannot be traced back to you. No cookie is set and nothing identifies you.

Tool usage. Which tool was used and when, with no personal data and no inputs. Nothing you type into a calculator leaves your browser.

What we use it for

• To send the monthly newsletter you asked for, and transactional emails (your welcome email, a reply to your message).
• To keep the site safe: blocking abusive traffic and bots.
• To understand which pages and tools are useful.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent or share your details with anyone.
• We never run advertising or third-party trackers.
• We never send anything you did not ask for.

Your rights

Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. To see, correct or delete everything we hold about you, write to the email address in the footer and we will do it within seven days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Data is held on a server in the European Union with daily backups. Access is limited to the people who run the site.
