What does the Daleel Pass cost?
Nothing. There is no payment, no card and no account to manage.
Why do you ask for a mobile number?
Because Daleel UAE is built for people who live here, and a UAE mobile number is the simplest sign of that. We do not call or message it without asking. If you prefer not to share it, the footer newsletter box takes an email alone, and the four open tools never need a pass.
How often will you email me?
About once a month: public holiday announcements, rule changes that affect residents, and new tools. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
I created a pass but the tools are still locked.
The pass lives in a cookie on the device you used. On another device or after clearing cookies, create the pass again with the same email; nothing is duplicated. If a browser blocks cookies, allow them for daleeluae.org.
How do I delete my details?
Click unsubscribe in any email, or write to the address in the footer and we will delete everything we hold about you within seven days.
